KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Using a boots on the ground approach, tracks violence like any health department would track a disease; working to intervene and find a solution before conflict escalates within the community. Most of the Law abiding citizens have moved from the Urban core. Remember the Song Movin,on up.They left the criminals there to shoot each other.
ReplyDeleteI live in a smaller Johnson county city. I dont think we have had a shooting or murder in years. Its all about demographics. Or the maturity of the people in the city.
ReplyDeleteMy neighbors could probably each buy out an entire gun shop and have money left over. But they settle disputes by civil court or mediations. They do not reach for a gun. Its maturity level. Its not even a IQ level thing. Some of my neighbors are the smartest DUMB people I have ever met.
