The hottest neighborhoods will be very segregated. Hopefully. The desire for diversity will be over by then. So will any desire to live in a shithole like Kansas City Mo.
ReplyDeleteThis is so Johnson County/South Kansas City centric. Me thinks a lot of people will be moving to the Northland and Eastern Jackson County. Kearney and even Lone Jack will a little further in the future will be hot real estate markets
