The hottest neighborhoods will be very segregated. Hopefully. The desire for diversity will be over by then. So will any desire to live in a shithole like Kansas City Mo.

This is so Johnson County/South Kansas City centric. Me thinks a lot of people will be moving to the Northland and Eastern Jackson County. Kearney and even Lone Jack will a little further in the future will be hot real estate markets

The Heim building will be very cool. The guy who started Boulevard Brewery is also investing in the East Bottoms. In 20 years that area won't be recognizable.
