  2. This is so Johnson County/South Kansas City centric. Me thinks a lot of people will be moving to the Northland and Eastern Jackson County. Kearney and even Lone Jack will a little further in the future will be hot real estate markets

  8. The Heim building will be very cool. The guy who started Boulevard Brewery is also investing in the East Bottoms. In 20 years that area won't be recognizable.
