TKC BREAKING NEWS!!! TRAGIC JOHNSON COUNTY SUICIDE TREND HITS SHAWNEE MISSION NORTHWEST HIGH SCHOOL!!!

Unfortunately, the new hotness in Johnson County among youngsters is suicide.

To wit . . .

KICK-ASS TKC TIPSTERS OFFER THE FIRST REPORT OF SUICIDE TRENDING AMONG SM NORTHWEST STUDENTS!!!

Notes from students orgs and letters to parents are starting to leak throughout social media . . . Some very contentiousness TKC readers want to stress parent & teacher support along with an upcoming vigil to help alleviate the recent distress.

Here's the KICK-ASS TKC TIPSTER roundup as local news preps to put this on blast tonight:

Unreported Suicides, 2 students SM Northwest, And 3rd Attempt: Bullying Victim Left A Note

Steven ______, a freshman male at SM Northwest was bullied.

Two days ago, he went to SM Park (half in Shawnee, half in Lenexa, so not sure which PD found him)

He attempted suicide---with a gun, first effort he was nervous and bullet just grazed his cheek But 2nd bullet, to his throat, proved fatal. He was dead when he was found in the park.

He died at Shawnee Mission Park (owned by Johnson county.)

The bullied young man had left a suicide note with someone before he went to the park, NAMING NAMES of fellow students who bullied him.

One bully, (allegedly)-- was a girl.

She learned of the note, and that she was named. On Tues. Jan 23 she then attempted suicide. By jumping off a building. She lingered and died this morning, Wed. Jan. 24. Not sure which hospital.

A third student, male, ran into traffic attempting to commit suicide --later on Tuesday Jan 23.

SM School District had SM Northwest HS send an email to all parents informing them of this.

The school was on lockdown all day today (Jan. 24).

Midday today, a 4th student, slit their wrists in the bathroom at school--and was removed by county EMS staff ON A STRETCHER from Shawnee Mission Northwest HS.

None of this has been reported on any major news outlet as of 2:55pm
#############

Now . . .

JoCo insiders believe this is a series of tragedies UNCONNECTED to a recent Overland Park teen who seemingly committed suicide by cop.

Nevertheless, as we start 2018 - The reality is that suicide is trending among teens in Golden Ghetto Johnson County.

Update - Here's a confirmation of the double suicide trend and more resources AFTER TKC FIRST NEWS.

Sure didn't have these issues when I was in school. Didn't have all this transgender homosexual crap either. Didn't have playmates in grade school thinking they were the opposite sex either or could choose which bathroom they wanted to use.

Instead of looking at the kids how about looking at the parents which is where all the problem comes from.

  13. The school told KCTV5 the two suicides were unrelated. I don't believe that. The school is all, "nothing to see here folks, it didn't happen on school property..."

However, the bullying that led the first student, Steven, DID happen on school property.

And, the school failed to confirm or admit to the reporter that a 4th suicide attempt by one of their students,in 40 hours, DID happen this afternoon, in the school bathroom--when the 4th student slit his or her wrists.

Attempts 3 and 4 were not successful. So we had suicide by gun, suicide by jumping off a building, attempted suicide by running into traffic, and attempted suicide by slitting of wrists.

And then at 3:15, there were 4 or 5 gunshots heard in Northwest Woods, six blocks away. No word yet on if this was Attempt #5.

This is a coverup by SM School District. (The school district now defended by the law firm that just hired the cheating former SM superintendent, Jim Hinson. The superintendent who used that law firm to defend himself from legal challenges--to the tune of $469,000 in legal fees the year before Hinson "resigned" to go to work for his lawyers.

Coming soon: the creepy taunting daring game played at SM Northwest, like the old game of musical chairs--Who's Got the Noose...where the boys made a noose, and sent it home each night with another student.
    As documented on Snapchat.

This article needs to be taken down.

  21. This is untrue information. This information is not correct. I ask you to please either take this down or change it to the facts. SMNW is grieving right now. The suicides were not related. The truth is nobody really knows a lot of information yet. But this article spreads false rumors.

    ReplyDelete
  22. Ch. 41 just quoted Lisa Gruman, the principal of SM Northwest, from her letter to parents. Where did she come up with the copy? From a Hallmark sympathy card???
    :
"This time of the year is generally a stressful time for students. The holidays are over, and the real work of the semester is getting underway. The winter is stretching out before them..."

    Dear Principal Gruman--this is poppycock.
I doubt you are a licensed clinical therapist.
And I doubt you've had time to fully investigate the cause of the epidemic you are embroiled in and covering up.

Your remarks provide NO comfort or guidance to parents, who are scared to even send their loved ones back to your superficial la la land supervision.

So let's not pawn FOUR suicide attempts in 40 hours by your students as a simple Dr. Laura case of SAD/Seasonal Affective Disorder.

This is a case of documented bullying--at your school.
The first student, Steven, LEFT A LIST!
    Investigate THAT!

The first student was a freshman.
There is not really much "real work of the semester"--it's not like these 9th grader kids were taking their SAT's to get into Harvard.
The severe cold front had abated, the weather was almost balmy, and we have not even had to shovel snow.
So it's not some case of Stephen King//Whiteout Cabin Fever.

It was the result of unaddressed BULLYING ON YOUR WATCH, Principal Gruman.
    Investigate that.

Blaming a suicide on "this time of the year" is as lame as girls blaming underperformance on "this time of the month".

Your high school has known issues of BULLYING, including the "Who Has the Noose Game". A form of taunting boys to see if they have the misguided preposterously irrational so called "courage" to hang themself. Investigate that.

Unless it's your "time of the month."

Have some respect.... Our school just lost not one, but two students.... you'd think people would have a little sympathy... you don't have the slightest idea of how our school is feeling or what we're going through.... and going so far as to making a rumor of the "Who Has the Noose Game"..... you must be pretty stinking old, because the students at our school have no clue what that is?? Tell me Tracy, was that game around when you were in high school? Did you ever wear the noose? :)

  23. 6:32, what's the matter, the truth to hard for you to handle? To many of our kids are fucked up from bad parenting. Fucked up from schools not dealing with education and staying the hell out of sexual orientation crap. Bullying? That shit is as old as life itself. We all went through some sort of it in school and in the end it all worked out usually by the kid doing the bullying getting their ass beat by a parent. Schools are to teach kids not raise them. Parents, a bully never attacks a strong kid always a weak whiny kid. Stop making your kids whiny ass brats. Stop trying to be their best friend and raise your kids to be responsible human beings that don't think everything in the world should be handed to them.

    ReplyDelete

  26. You should be ashamed. You know nothing about the situation so stop giving false information. To Tracy, you obviously didn't even read this so-called "article" correctly. Stop talking about things you don't understand. Do you go to SMNW? I don't think so. Suicide happens often sadly. Bullying happens often. But it's people like you who need to step out into the world and be a kind, loving, empathetic person so that people don't feel alone.

  47. The stories are not specific. Exactly what kinds of actions constituted bullying in these cases? I recall that in middle and high school, everybody was conscious of an informal pecking order and were constantly trying to improve their position on that list. Cutting comments, physical jostling were part of a normal day. But nobody whacked themselves or somebody else because of it. Eventually it just became less important to everyone, and we stopped - except for a few head cases who were largely ignored.

Your soul is created at the moment of conception...and though you may not be aware of a maker...but he is there...waiting to judge all of us. Those of us praying for the families are also praying for the souls of these children, who clearly were never given a chance to love or fear God, which may be true for you as well. I'm saying a special intention for you 2:28, that you may replace your hate with love and see that somehow God does love you so much, he allowed his Son to die on the cross for your and my sins. ..and everyone's sins. There is hope for all of us. Even though you don't know it, we are praying for you and love you every day. God Bless.

  60. Lot's of bullshit comments, but Tracy is spot on. While we're pondering the tragedy of the school shooting in Kentucky we should be very aware of how close it could be to these schools. In Kentucky, the kid that was bullied sought vengeance on his tormentors instead of killing himself. In the aftermath he is made into a monster rather than the vic of extreme bullying. Here, the bullied kid committed suicide, though he did call out the bullies in writing. How close those two decisions are: both are taking a life, one is taking more. What if the initial kid went and shot his bullies? Now he would be a monster rather than a vic of suicide? These school systems need to get their heads out of their asses. Bullying MUST be dealt with, swiftly and decisively. None of this PC bullshit, well we can't tell if lil' Jimmy wasn't a willing participant in that beatdown (if he was getting the shit kicked out of him by 4 other kids). Or, well, it's just a harmless childhood prank to shove a kids head into a toilet full of piss. The bullies need significant punishment to reform them. This shit is going to continue to occur at increasing rates until the administrations bring ORDER to their schools. The blood is on their hands.

When my son had enough, he fought back and Gruman suspended him for three days. When I went to the SRO to file criminal charges, the SRO said my son would be arrested too because he fought back. When I asked who the bully was, Gruman protected the bully and said it was privileged. Gruman won’t do anything with the names. I can attest to some of these posts are not BS, I have first hand knowledge of how Ms. Gruman treats the bullies. Now that the kids had enough, Ms. Gruman does what she does best, takes care of Ms Gruman.
