Actually, KSHB had made a slight error...
The new plans for Metro North Mall are to let it sit as it is, leaving it as a festering wasteland and eyesore, until the Northland residents pressure City Hall into handing a pile of TIF money to the Developers so they can spend a fraction of it building something and pay the majority of the funds to themselves in "Project Management Fees", just like every other TIF Fiasco over the past thirty years.
