ReplyDeleteThe new plans for Metro North Mall are to let it sit as it is, leaving it as a festering wasteland and eyesore, until the Northland residents pressure City Hall into handing a pile of TIF money to the Developers so they can spend a fraction of it building something and pay the majority of the funds to themselves in "Project Management Fees", just like every other TIF Fiasco over the past thirty years.
Once again, Leanne has to ask the question...
