No, the City Manager is spreading Tax money around in order to generate good will for himself among the Corporations he hopes to get hired by after his useless ass gets tossed out of City Hall.
The people who "manage" KCMO repeatedly show, the airport terminal fiasco being just the latest example, that they couldn't run a two-car garage.The big league sports teams will be just another corporation to totally take advantage of the amateurs at city hall, roll right over them in any kind of deal, and royally screw the taxpaying public.How about just fixing the streets and trying to do something about all the murders?
