NO JOKE: DISQUALIFICATION EFFORTS AGAINST BISHOP TINDALL 'THE MOST SERIOUS CHALLENGE HE HAS SEEN YET' ACCORDING TO JACKSON COUNTY INSIDER!!!
Let's start off with Kansas City facts of life in Jackson County . . .
- Jackson County Legislator Bishop James Tindall, Sr. has a felony conviction on his record.
- Missouri rules say felons can't hold office.
- There is a very VALID question about how this applies to and between a 1st and 2nd class charter for Jackson County.
- Right now in KCMO only OUR TKC BLOG COMMUNITY is putting this topic on blast.
Let's start at the beginning . . .
CHECK THE MOST RECENT CASE TO DISQUALIFY BISHOP TINDALL FROM OFFICE SENT TO MISSOURI SECRETARY OF STATE JASON KANDER!!!
That's documentation that nobody in KCMO media is willing to share but it's part of the public record.
Here's the money line of the petition that was signed by several community members and backed up with supporting evidence:
"It is apparent that Mr. Tindall is not qualified to run as a candidate for the Jackson County Legislature and should have been disqualified to run . . . There does not appear to be an immediate remedy to disqualify Mr. Tindall as a candidate and therefor the Secretary of State Should have been the responsibility to do so."
And then . . .
EXCLUSIVELY AND BEFORE ANYBODY ELSE WE NOTED THAT MISSOURI SECRETARY OF STATE JASON KANDER SAID THAT THE ISSUE BELONGS TO JACKSON COUNTY PROSECUTOR MEAN JEAN PETERS BAKER!!!
Click the link . . . Here's a reminder and word from the Missouri SOS office . . .
And then . . .
LAST NIGHT OUR TKC BLOG COMMUNITY NOTED FIRST WORD OF THE LAWSUIT FILED TO TAKE BISHOP TINDALL'S JACKSON COUNTY FELON ELECTION ELIGIBILITY QUESTION TO TASK!!!
And so, this thing is right back where it started . . . In the lap of Jackson County Prosecutor Mean Jean Peter Baker who still hasn't done anything on this ongoing question and indictment of local Democracy.
Developing . . .
Seems like Executive Mike Sanders can't make this one go away.
ReplyDeleteThat scary white bitch won't do a damn thang she knows we too strong on the east side and we ride with Rev. Tindall if she wants to reelected, leave Tindall alone.
ReplyDeleteAnother nigger to be tossed on the woodpile? Burn baby burn!
ReplyDeleteAnother nigger to be tossed on the woodpile? Burn baby burn!
ReplyDeleteSo the old fart files and has his felony expunged. Game Over!
ReplyDeleteHis voters should make that call not Kander
ReplyDeleteThat would be great! Afterwards taxpayers should also get Henry Rizzo's pension back too!
ReplyDeleteLet me be perfectly clear. Jason Kander's response is entirely political and is not standard protocol in a situation such as this. Standard policy would be for the SOS to ask for a generalized opinion from the AG's office wherein the accused was not mentioned by name. The resulting opinion would then be shown to the accused by the SOS with the comment that this generic opinion looks like it fits his situation. The accused would be given an opportunity to withdraw from the race or face a challenge. Putting the matter solely in the hands of the local prosecutor is one of two thing: Either it is a way to potentially weaken the prosecutor as a potential competitor for a higher office that she and the SOS might both seek in the future or it is an attempt to placate the east side by saying that the SOS had nothing to do with the matter. This is dirt-bag politics either way.
ReplyDeletePlease call Bishop Tindall "Bishop." It is part of the act.
ReplyDeleteJean is my submissive, so she will not do a damn thing unless I tell her to do so. I say we are keeping Tindall because he is a good nigger who overlooks the obvious mismanagement in the Jackson County Parks and Recreation department: Michelle Newman Director. So listen up and shut up about this felony bullshit. Who does not earn a felony rap from time to time?
ReplyDeleteSee ya at Truman Days!
Dutch rudder Newman
ReplyDeleteI look forward to voting in November for Brice A. Stewart, Republican for JaxCo Executive, who will end the Demorat cronism and invite an FBI investigation of various offices; including assessments and the parks.
ReplyDeleteThe favoritism and kick-backs have to end.
Bad actors should go to jail.
Call in the Feds Brice!
ReplyDeleteShame on Jean, she needs to get him out of there!
ReplyDeleteBest comment is @12:05 - Read it and weap.
ReplyDeleterich-kid nice jewish boy Kander has his eyes on bigger things
ReplyDeleteMr. Tony,
ReplyDeleteI was thinking maybe we shouldn't be so hard on that Lady Prosecutor. Poor thing, maybe she doesn't know the law.
It might not be that she is dragging her heels, rather she can't figure out how to prosecute James Tindall.
I heard one of her supporters say today that the problem wasn't Bakers as Tindall was already in office before she got seated. Funny, a defense attorney could sure use that argument for a client.
Shame on Jean, she needs to STEP UP!
ReplyDelete9:16 AM Don't speak for all Eastsiders. We want folks like Tindall out of the way. Honesty rules the day. He's for sale like all the rest. Sounds like u r 2.
