Right now there's a MAJOR LEGAL MOVE against a longstanding politico in Jackson County that TKC TIPSTERS want us to see FIRST.

To wit . . .

CHECK THE FIRST LOOK @ THE LAWSUIT CONTESTING THE ELECTION ELIGIBILITY OF LEGISLATOR BISHOP JAMES TINDALL, SR. AND HIS FELONY RECORD!!!

File this one under: "Doing what Prosecutor "Mean Jean" Peters Baker won't."

Check the image or this link for the bigger, better view . . .

It looks like this thing is going to court and Jackson County will FINALLY be forced to confront an open question related to Missouri law against felons holding office.

Remember that across the street at City Hall Council Dudes Jermaine Reed and John Sharp lobbied last year to eliminate questions about felonies . . . So this isn't a slam dunk. Instead it's an important question about compliance with Missouri codes @ The Jackson County Courthouse amid the outset of election season.

  2. Glad somebody had the guts to stand up and demand better. This is a galliant first step in correcting all that is wrong East of Troost. Go!

  3. Where do I enter as a party contesting his candidacy? I'll join. Just tell me how.

  4. Not gonna work. The time period to challenge Tindall's candidacy is long past under the statute. And only mean jean can file a quo warranto suit, and she won't. So, no news here, only sentiment.

  5. Statute provides 30 days from date of closing primary filing for a contest by another candidate.

  8. If the moniker Rev or Bishop, or His Holiness is attached to their name, chances are real good they are grifters. Nothing new with this slimey hoodrat. And blacks wonder why their quality of life sucks. It has to do with the "choices" you make. Run with Sharpton, Jesse, Travon, OJ, Tindall and you get what you deserve.

  14. Can someone who knows how to test water go take a sample of Brush Creek and tell us the results? Maybe take it over there by that bridge at the plaza near the fountain.

That water really stinks in the summer heat.

  15. Sad that the government has failed its role so badly that a private citizen has to go to such lengths to protect democracy.

  17. Dear Prostate Cancer:

Take Tindall out. His useful life has past. Don't let honest people run up a legal bill trying to dump dead weight. You can do it the 'ol natural selection way.

    Amen.

  22. If karma was real, white people wouldn't be dominant amid an ever shinking population. The Black bullshit preachers would sho nuff be dead and worl peace would ensue. Here we are, though, still talking about a corrupt Kansas City and one commenter suggest year after year after year, they same people doing all of the damage still manage to get into office and nobody says anything. Meanwhile, the crime in Kansas City is so high and out of control that people are generally in fear for their life. I'll hold my breath for Karma to start working. It hasn't happened. Save the voodoo for yourself.

  23. Wishing a person to die of cancer is just plain shitty. What a good person you must be. NOT.
