Security Ejects Activist At Raucous Royals Stadium Meeting Victory

Beef inside council chambers didn't help the cause of activists and opponents of the new Royals Stadium.

FINANCE COMMITTEE LEADERS LEVERAGED RIOTOUS BEHAVIOR FROM STADIUM OPPONENTS IN ORDER TO RAM THROUGH APPROVAL!!!

This seems like a typical danger when undisciplined activists and online denizens get caught up in the local discourse and don't realize that their words and actions have consequences. 

Either way, this 12th & Oak slap fight made it even easier for the home team to declare victory today and it ultimately will cost taxpayers about 600 MILLION BUCKS .

"A leader with the Missouri Workers Center was escorted out of the city council committee meeting as the discussion became increasingly heated and started to get physical.

The incident happened about halfway through public testimony Tuesday, with residents and community advocates continuing to voice their opinions on the Royals’ stadium proposal."
