Will Mayor Q Admit Deadly Kansas City World Cup Crime Spike???

Earlier this week many Kansas City residents expressed extreme disappointment when Mayor Quinton Lucas described a deadly highway shooting spree as a "regular law enforcement incident" despite World Cup fans on their way to the game via Uber ride describing the terrifying encounter for the international media.

WILL MAYOR Q ADMIT KANSAS CITY CONFRONTS WORSENING VIOLENCE DURING THE WORLD CUP?!?

As always, this blog is committed to at least talking about the problem and encouraging elected officials to do their best to address public safety threats regardless of political consequences or election season spin.

Obviously . . .

There shouldn't be anything "regular" about two mass shootings in one month, gunfire on local highways and a quickening homicide count as KCMO takes the global stage.
