Resolved: Failing Kansas City Prospect Grocery Store STINKS

This weekend, the progressives at the Washington Post were forced to lament the sorry state of a Kansas City east side grocery store that has enjoyed MILLIONS worth of subsidy but still can't find a working biz model despite the hopes and dreams of Democratic Socialists. 

Recently, we notice the situation growing even more dire in local news follows up . . . 

SADLY, MORE THAN $750K WORTH OF KANSAS CITY FREE MONEY CAN'T REMOVE THE STENCH AT THE PROSPECT SUNFRESH!!! 

It's kinda scary to think the bailout passed in April still has yet to take hold. 

Nevertheless . . .  

Here's a double down and another whiff of local urban decline to consider . . . 

With many empty coolers and bare shelves in the dairy, produce, meat department, bakery, and deli, shoppers asked the same question: If the store isn't closing, where is all the food?

A rotten smell is noticeable after entering the store.
