
The defense works with an EXTREMELY difficult client and AFTER MORE THAN SEVEN YEARS there still isn't much hope of justice for the families of victims.

Here's the latest courtroom drama concerning his case . . .
His public defender framed the missed medication as a sign of Scott’s medical condition and not a game that his client was playing.
He floated the idea that there may never be a trial because Scott is simply too sick to be found competent for an extended period. Both sides agreed that when Scott is not properly medicated, he is likely to experience psychosis.
Scott was in court wearing glasses with his hair neatly braided into cornrows. He had several verbal outbursts where he yelled that he had taken his medication. The murder suspect eventually cursed at numerous people in court, including the judge and said people were “lying.” He was eventually removed from the courtroom.
