Fredrick Scott is suspected of fatally shooting five white men, four of them along Kansas City biking and hiking trails, and he once threatened to "kill all white people."

His trial has been delayed for years . . . Remember that previously he had been declared incompetent to strand trial amid repeated trial delay. In his defense, his mother claimed that Scott had exhibited signs of schizophrenia albeit un-diagnosed & untreated. 

Recently, readers have asked about his case and there isn't much news to report as yet another trial date moves closer.
