WESTPORT MOVING PATRONS INDOORS SIGNALS EVEN MORE DIFFICULTY SECURING OPEN STREETS AMID NEARBY DEADLY GUNFIRE!!!

There have been two mass shooting incidents so far this year and Summer officially starts tomorrow.

Still . . .

This move has its pros and cons . . .

On the plus side . . .

KCMO hit Westport with an EPIC social justice tax and demanded payment to anti-crime groups in order to screen patrons for guns. That kind of regulation is harder to wage against a private biz.

On the downside . . .

There is a smallish open era but all things considered were not certain if being crammed into a space with a bunch of drunks sounds like a fun time.

Also . . .

Patrons still have to make it back to their ride home whilst avoiding nearby trouble.

More to the point . . .

This "party district-inside-a-district" mostly benefits owners who seem to have given up on securing streets around their establishments and now turn inward.

In fairness . . .
