JACKSON COUNTY EXEC'S FIERY E-MAILS EXPOSED!!!

This week all of the Jackson County Courthouse was privy to a tense exchange betwixt Exec Frank White and Legislator Manny Abarca. 

As we reported previously . . .

Jackson County Exec Frank White hasn't been coming to Legislative meetings and his absence has been noted for weeks. 

In fact . . . 

AT THE START OF EVERY MEETING, LEGISLATOR ABARCA REQUESTS INFO ON THE WHEREABOUTS OF THE EXECUTIVE!!!

It's becoming a running gag that isn't really a joke.

In fact . . . There's momentum for sending a subpoena to the Courthouse honcho and former Kansas City baseball legend. 

Accordingly . . .  

Because this e-mail fight was "witnessed" by more than two dozen people . . . Eventually it made its way into our hands.

And we serve to document the drama.

The basics . . . 

QUESTIONS OVER BUDGETING & ATTENDANCE QUICKLY SPARK BEEF BETWIXT EXEC FRANK WHITE VS. LEGISLATOR ABARCA!!!

This exchange is much more interesting than the fact that Exec White suffered his latest veto override this week over this use tax issue . . . The Legislature wanted to nail down costs whilst the Exec's office wanted more of a building fund.

And that's a perfect place to start the exchange . . .  Addresses have been removed but we kept the subject line, time and date for clarity in a thread that will go from top to bottom in order . . .

Mr. Executive, I see the curt emails of unprofessionalism starts at the top. Presence from a duly elected chief administrator is also fundamental-your absence is concerning. I welcome you to host your own town halls anywhere, anytime. However, I’d settle with the bare minimum of your presence for the other half of government you seem to ignore.

TKC doesn't want to get accused of bias, we no longer have any cousins at the courthouse, HOWEVER, we have to give this one to Manny because he kept his cool and stayed on topic amid a brutal quip from the Executive.

More importantly . . .

MAYBE IT'S TIME MORE VOTERS UNDERSTAND THAT EXECUTIVE FRANK WHITE ISN'T DOING A BIG PART OF THE JOB HE WAS ELECTED TO PERFORM!!!

And given that there is now momentum behind a recall . . . This could be more important going forward.
