The old council united against him and statement of "no confidence" was aired by urban leaders from across the metro.

Just as we predicted, we now have confirmed word of more trouble following the exceptionally smart and buff bureaucrat into Mayor Q's 2nd term . . . Check-it:
"Kerrie Tyndall, 54, alleges in a newly filed sex and age discrimination lawsuit that the city manager, who was 35 when he was hired almost three years ago, treated her unfairly and demoted her because she gave him advice that he didn’t want to hear."
