Did Kansas City Just Lower Crowd Estimates For NFL Draft Amid Local Panic?!?

Insiders always tell us that a great deal of politics is called "managing expectations."

Look closely at this crowd estimate article . . . And notice the little differences . . .

"Sunday and Monday are predicted to be busy days for KCI with passengers expected to leave Kansas City during that time frame. VisitKC and the Greater Kansas City Sports Commission expects 300,000 people will be in Kansas City watching their favorite NFL teams make their picks."

Remember . . .

Last week official estimate the crowd at 600K.

"The NFL predicted around 300,000 will attend the free event, and city officials are hopeful the number could approach the record of 600,000 who attended the Nashville, Tenn., draft in 2019."
