  1. "Sen. Graham slams Biden, Dems for court-packing attempt: They are 'really drunk with power'"

I'm not in favor of adding justices, but I think Republicans should have realized the theft of an appointment when Republicans were drunk with power was likely to have consequences.

    1. How so?
Within the rules of the senate, they can confirm or not confirm a nominee. Just because a president nominates someone doesn’t mean they must be confirmed. Just look at the nomination of Robert Bork But packing the court just to get the numbers they need is no different than allowing illegal aliens to flood the country
Maybe it’s time republicans stop playing by the rules and do what democrats do
That might be the only way to get democrats to stop

  2. And yet Republicans stopped playing by the rules years ago. Weird.

  4. Who is Maxine Waters kidding she is the one who incited the riots nationwide. She told people to riot and no one did a thing about it. She should be in jail for that. So it's her that needs to shut her ugly fat blubber lips.

BTW you democrats need to look at the Ukraine and Russia. You dumb ass holes just started a war over there that could turn into world war. Nice going warmongers.

  5. @7:26 The Constitution does give the Senate the power to confirm or not comfirm a Presidential Nominee, but nowhere does it give the Senate the power to reuse to consider that nominee.

And as for any implied "customary" practices, nowhere is the Senate given the discretion to refuse to consider a Nomination made in March (7 months in advance) of a Presidential Election "because that Nomination should be made by the President to be chosen in November" in one instance and then reverse itself four years later and choose to consider and confirm a Nominee who was nominated in September (2 months in advance) of the next following Presidential Election.

That sort of arrogant and blatant Partisan actiion is the cause of this reaction, and should rightly bring down consequences.
