    Satchel Paige does not live here anymore. Like many other residents he got a chance to get the hell out of here and he took it and ain't been back since.

  9. Of course this house can be restored but who in their right mind would put the money and labor into it in a city and area that destroys? I did a big job in Central Hyde Park and got slapped in the face for helping the neighborhood. The good news is, the people who bought my house have cheapened it and are letting it run down again.
