There's no point in hiding the reality of POST-COVID American life . . . Fact is, the ranks of the homeless have been trending upward for at least a decade in Kansas City.
Whilst the downtown civic amateur urban planner class wants to push these scamps out of the loop, don't look for them to go quietly.
And so, the talk of "resources for the homeless" is merely yet another money grab for taxpayer cash that's running out just as quickly as Prez Biden can print it.
