When one door closes, a window opens - or something like that. For almost a year, restaurants and bars, cafés and coffee shops have had to grapple with fluctuating dining restrictions and capacity limitations, and so, many have closed their dining rooms and installed walk-up windows to provide a seamless, contact-free to-go experience.
$50.00 says the mayor is eating inside.
