  1. Why do Kansas City tax payers always have to pay for services to other Cities. Other cities should not be bring their homeless for Kansas City residents to care for.

  2. Just stop collecting the e-tax from people who don't live in KCMO and see what happens.
    There certainly aren't any KCMO-provided city services.
    In fact, maybe there should be a special addition to the e-tax so that folks who don't live in KCMO can apply for reimbursement for blown tires and ruined shocks.
    Lucas' speech-writers should get on that right away!
