A hedge fund owns the paper which is mostly geared toward provoking local racial animosity whilst ignoring rising class disparity that transcends demographics.
Also, ironically (???), the newspaper's financial coverage no longer exists.

About 1999, that dropped off and there were no more 20 pages of car ads including old cars and motorcycles. They must have lost a fortune lack of private car ads. Had they been thoughtful they would have just tranferred it to an internet site and let you do your own ads like ebay. Buy local KC executives are far behind the west and east coast guys.
