A 21st century nightclub with lasers, electro rock, venues for private parties.

Put in a double helix ramp to a mezzanine level with another bar.

Make it as decadent as legally permissible.

Make it a tesla dealership. The Star used to run car ads. You could call them and place an ad verbally over the phone for Sunday. About 1999, that dropped off and there were no more 20 pages of car ads including old cars and motorcycles. They must have lost a fortune lack of private car ads. Had they been thoughtful they would have just tranferred it to an internet site and let you do your own ads like ebay. Buy local KC executives are far behind the west and east coast guys. We a cowtown!
