The moratorium on evictions will expire on 31 Dec; there never was one on paying. Renters who have been delaying their rent payments should contact their landlords immediately to see if they can make a deal, or face being evicted next month.

Top pic = staged at the side door of the courthouse - entry leads to the basement in the Courthouse. It was business as usual at all other entry points. These folks shut down nothing.
