That's why the place went up like a roman candle. Much easier than eviction.

It will end up being some bleeding heart story about LaQueesha and her 7 kids using an iron and hair dryer for heat, causing a fire.

Sounded as if a couple fire hydrants weren't working again. Imagine one of those crazy fires that happened in JOCO last year, happening in KCMO.

I'd pay money to see that!

Now that's a fire!

One less affordable housing. They burn down cities so what's the big deal about this building burning? What goes around.......

All these horribly racist KCMO firefighters risking their lives on a frigid Kansas City night to attempt to protect a predominantly African American apartment community from a fire warms the cockles of my heart. I'm sure the supremely virtuous Kansas City Star will acknowledge how these awful firemen and women put aside their racism to help the residents of that apartment complex.
