People in Jackson County Missouri elected a County Sheriff, who has a duty to protect the welfare of Jackson County Citizens. The Sheriff inside Jackson County Missouri has more power than the United States President. When orders are issued to close business, due to COVID-19 or some other make-believe reason, the Jackson County Sheriff can demand no one in Jackson County can enforce that closure order. ... https://www.stridentconservative.com/sheriffs-have-constitutional-power-and-duty-not-to-enforce-red-flag-laws/ ... Do a net search for the awesome power of a county sheriff. ... After you study the results, you will see how our Sheriff can tell Mayor Lucas, and the United States Government to open the city, go to jail, or go to hell, and there isn't a damn thing anyone can do to change that fact. Don't scream Bullshit until you've completed the study.
