In the big picture, this political hot mess in the making has serious implications . . . However, cowtown political denizens have little if any influence in the decision despite a bevy of opinions and advocacy we’ve endured already.
For now, here are just a few of the news links we’re checking . . .

Fox News: McConnell— Trump's Supreme Court nominee 'will receive a vote on the floor of the United States Senate'

The riots start early. Neat.
ReplyDeleteSo, McConnell flip flops and proves himself a hypocrite. That's the real story.
ReplyDeleteYeah, I'm morning. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
ReplyDeleteWho’s mourning? Hell, the world is rejoicing! Haha!
ReplyDeleteThe crazy bitch is dead! Party time!
ReplyDeleteGet ready for the violent lunatic left to start burning the country up again, especially feel bad for the innocent people who get burned out of their business and homes because these psycho bastards won’t get their way again. These are sick people we have to put up with, too bad we can’t just get rid of them.

I've been having fun listening to Demonrat assholes slam shut tonight. They are freaking out. It's beautiful!
ReplyDeleteIt is only mourning if she died confirmed in her disobedience to almighty God and earned an express ticket to the hot place. Let us pray that she experienced the grace of final conversion in her last moments.
ReplyDeletelibs loved her. What other supreme court justice get a couple of movies
ReplyDeleteand adoration? Its all about roe v wade.
I'll be as gracious as she was. That means she gets a bitch slap.
ReplyDeleteDid Pete Mundo get tipped off on Thursday about Ginsburg on her deathbed?
ReplyDeleteFriday morning he had Senator Josh Hawley on the program, and specifically asked about his recent inclusion on a shortlist for future Supreme Court picks.
Mundo wins!
Everybody wins in this case. even the libtards who don't realize it.
ReplyDeleteMcConnell is NOT a hypocrite for pushing for a Supreme Court replacement because the Republicans control both the White House and the Senate, unlike the Democrats in 2016, who controlled only the White House. The Democraps are masters of taking things out of context.
ReplyDeleteThey are also masturbators. Pervs, all of them.

ReplyDeleteI banged Ruth Bader Ginsburg back in 1958. She was stiff as a board but her neck smelled nice. Rest in Peace Baby Ruth.

Chimpytard is surprisingly quiet tonight. He's probably blowing Chunks. Not drunk and puking. Chunks is his neighbor's dog. 😏

McConnel proved he is a fucking coward as well as a hypocrite!
ReplyDeleteLick Donny's asshole once again, Gutless!
ReplyDeleteher successor will be Amy Coney Barrett, a reasonable, conservative, pro-life Catholic. Great for America!! Go get it done, Mitch!
There's our mourning little libtard at 10:30! 🤣 Careful folks! He may take a hostage!
ReplyDeleteMcConnel just assured a Democratic Senate, House and Presidency.
ReplyDeleteVengeance is ours, sayeth the sane!
ReplyDeleteYes sir, I would be banging Ruth doggie style with my cowboy boots on and old Chuckie Schumer liked to hide in the Senate chamber closet and watch through the key hole. Good times.

Back in 1994, Ruth and I were in the oval office of the White House when ol' Bill Clinton asked Ruth if she would like to meet "Slick Willie". Ruth smiled and said sure and Clinton said open wide and I will be darn if old Ruth didn't deep throat Slick Willie. Damnest thing I ever saw. Ruth will be missed by all.

Because of the disproportionate amount of black abortions-
ReplyDeleteShe is an absolute disgrace to the black community due to her views on abortion.
Her racist beliefs on abortion kept many black babies from growing up- who knows which one might have discovered the cure for cancer or maybe would have been the next Ben Carson.

Yeah, I could have handled this with class but they haven't for four year, especially not the last 6 months. Fuck em and their "feelers!" My give a damn is busted, the parts are on backorder and even if they arrived special delivery tonight I don't have any desire to fix the damn thing.
ReplyDeleteHere's the kicker: I didn't vote for Trump the first go round. Thanks to their antics I will this time. They have no one to blame but themselves.
The Senate may end up holding the vote after the election but the Democrats, who are so ruthless that they are willing to burn cities and kill people to seize power, would not be such good sports as to not hold a vote if they were in this position. They are ruthless and power hungry and the one way to confront them is to be just as ruthless.
ReplyDeleteAnd that's why I have no sympathy or concern for their "feelers." They can go to their safe space and color a pretty picture of a unicorn for all I care. Have a cup of get the fuck over it and shut the fuck up. Backstabbing assholes!
ReplyDelete10:04, you show your ignorance with your post....he didn’t flip flop. Go back and do your research McConnell, unlike libs, spoke the truth then as he does now. Check your facts before you post your ignorance, but then that would be work and libs hate the truth and work
ReplyDeleteLiberal loons proclaiming the sly is falling as usual. Trump will nominate a moderate, as he should, just like the last two he nominated and she will very likely be a woman as well. So tired of the democrat lies. RIP Ruth.
ReplyDeleteTissue?
ReplyDeleteJustice Ginsburg’s dying wish was that her seat would not be filled until a new president is installed! Senate Democrats, do not back down. You have a tough fight ahead but our future is on the line! No SCOTUS appointment before the election!!!
ReplyDelete— Maxine Waters (@RepMaxineWaters) September 19, 2020
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Adam Schiff used to sniff her seat a lot. He also mentioned he would like to fill it with his “man cream” when she passed. I believe he will also get time alone with the body prior to services.
DeleteThere simply is not enough time to nominate and hold hearings before the election. The process takes 2 to 3 months in the best of times. The Senate is scheduled to recess in less than 3 weeks on October 9th and won't return until November 9th.
ReplyDeleteBTW, why try to rush this? Trump wins the election and then he picks with no dispute. Ramming this through would be an admission from Trump and McConnell that they realize they are losing this election.
Take a pill and calm down. Ginsburg's seat will be filled by the winner in November. Is it Trump 2020 or not?
As I mentioned, earlier, it has been reported Schiff has claimed her seat. He is sniffing it, as I write this and polishing Adam Jr.
ReplyDeleteSounds like somebody's scared. Resemble that remark 12:01?
ReplyDeletewe must ram this selection thru because we our probably going to lose this election we well need that seat to stop the commie dems when they take over in 2021
ReplyDeleteBAWK BAWK BAWK BAWK BAWK!
ReplyDeleteIsn't that what libtards would do? Spare us the feigned indignity.
It must be a real bitch to be a libtard watching their whole world implode around them. Wish I could say I had sympathy but apathy is the best I can muster. Have a cup of get the fuck over it. 😏

ReplyDeleteI tried dry-humping Ruth Ginsberg. Just didn't work out. I prefer boys.
Senator Chuck Schumer
You gotta love all of the fake eulogies, smirking sentiments and pretense from the right when it comes to Ginsberg.
ReplyDeletePolitics is such a nasty, back stabbing shitty way to make a living.
I am glad she is dead. So are most all Americans who believe in the Rule Of Law (Which literally makes everything from groceries on the shelves to paved roads, indoor toilets, running water, you fuckin name it, possible.) and the strict interpretation of the Constitution. Ginsberg was the tip of the spear when it came to a soup de jour, emotional interpretation of what Progressives call "A Living Document".
An activist judiciary is exactly what has brought this country to the brink of Civil War. The many tiered justice system and ever moving target that affects the economy, criminal justice, civil suits and control and power over our everyday lives by radical jurists (Especially Federal Judges) who can, with some bullshit opinion from the 9th Circuit, or, literally any of the thousands of Federal Judges, restrict the power of the Executive and ignore Legislation and statutes already in place.
I could give a shit less about Roe V Wade and in fact, even though I am Conservative, I personally don't want to be involved in any way, in some lady's decision to not have a baby. In fact, it seems reasonable to me, that if it is within the first 2 or 3 months, there is NO reasonable argument that can be made, which would indicate the fetus is a sentient being.
The Progressive/Fascists/BLM/AntiFa cabal is the Kraken that the DNC has released and the door was opened by Communist/Socialist liars like Ginsberg who twisted words, presdigitationally deceived Americans and convinced so many that emotion and feelings were more important that the general well being of all, based on the actual written law.
She did some real damage. No hero and in fact, was one of the leaders of the 5th column of seditious, lying traitors who are responsible for the chasm over which we glare malevolently at each other today.
Ruth Ginsburg is a mom of like to fuck even now.
ReplyDeleteChief Justice Roberts is not a conservative. Roberts, Gorsuch, and Kavanaugh all came out of the DC Circuit Court which is the swampiest of swamps. We know little about how corrupted they truly are. If we get a reliable constitutionalist who will not write their own laws and rewrite the Constitution then there will be a 3-3-3 split. Three conservatives, three swamp creatures, and three communist extremists.
ReplyDelete> The process takes 2 to 3 months in the best of times.
ReplyDeleteRBG was confirmed in 42 days from the date of her nomination. Sandra Day O'Conner was confirmed in 33 days. John Paul Stevens was confirmed in 19. If Trump is smart and nominates a woman, there won't be any drunken sluts claiming to have recovered a memory of sexual assault that allegedly happened 30 years ago, so the confirmation could potentially go very smoothly and quickly.
Nice job! Great post!
Delete9:05 Excellent post.
ReplyDeleteSaint Ruth was an egotistical bitch right to the end. Her last wish was that her SCOTUS seat would not be filled by this administration. Being a saint and all, she reckoned that God would grant her that wish. So why didn't she wish for something really beneficial, like lasting peace in the Middle East? Or an end to global warming? Or a Covid 19 vaccine?
ReplyDeleteBecause she was all about herself, that's why.
"Ruthie used to rub the hair on my legs, but the little black boys do it better."

ReplyDeleteWow it's all Russians and Bandit here
ReplyDeleteSince you said Kansas City and did not specify which one I will leave this right here "Ding Dong The Witch Is Dead The Wicked Witch Is Dead."
ReplyDeleteMcConnell is NOT a hypocrite for pushing for a Supreme Court replacement because the Republicans control both the White House and the Senate, unlike the Democrats in 2016, who controlled only the White House. Since the 1880s, no Senate has confirmed an opposite-party president's Supreme Court nominee in a presidential election year. The Democraps are masters of taking things out of context.
ReplyDeleteStill outnumbered by the Chicoms.
ReplyDelete9:38: You can post that shit as many times as your little fingers will do a cut and paste, but it's still bullshit. The nicest thing we can say about Moscow Mitch is he's a hypocrite.
ReplyDelete9:36: Who says Baby Burt is not a Russian Bot?
Russia hysteria is not going to help you now.
DeleteLib commies can threaten all they want, RGB replacement will be in place prior to the election. We’re tired of the leftie bullshit.
ReplyDeleteAs a liberal, I hope they do push a nominee through before the election. If they do, it will galvanize the opposition to a fever pitch and the Republicans will lose the Senate and the Presidency. With all three branch’s secured, the Democrats can begin the impeachment of Brett Cavanaugh for lying about his debts during his confirmation hearings and have removed from the court. They can then vote to expand the court and appoint two more judges of their discretion. All of which is perfectly legal under the constitution. That is the play book.
ReplyDeleteThat is your fantasy.
DeleteAnd then you woke up. Most Americans despised this woman. She was rotten to the core.
Delete"Since the 1880s, no Senate has confirmed an opposite-party president's Supreme Court nominee in a presidential election year."
ReplyDeleteAnd yet Anthony Kennedy, nominated by Ronald Reagan, was confirmed by a Democratic-controlled Congress in 1988, weird. Better check back with Fox News, 9:38, for the lie of the day and remember it's best not to state as facts falsehoods that can easily be shown to be, ummmm... lies.
Pushing a nominee through will also galvanize Trump's base in a very real way. This is an opportunity to preserve the 2nd amendment for another generation and that enough will be bring a lot of people to the polls in support of Trump. The pro-life contingent will be mobilized also.

ReplyDelete"We cannot tolerate a politically motivated, willfully negligent vacancy on the Supreme Court"
Barack Obama Oct 13, 2016
But, today, Barry sez we should now wait! Typical Demosleazeball lying hypocrite. Go Mitch!
She was born Jewish, but then walked away from any faith after she was excluded from a Jewish meeting. She was Godless, care not if Gods newest creations on earth (babies) were killed. She had faith in herself. She had pride in herself (and pride is was downfall of Adam, Eve, and Satan). Wanting to be like God, or take the place of God in your life is a hell sentence.
ReplyDeleteEither Ruth pays for her sins in hell, or she accepted Christ's offer and he paid them-so she doesnt have to go to hell.
Ironic that the "Supreme Judge Ruth Bader Ginsburg" is now a defendant herself and standing in front of God on her own "Judgement Day". It doesn't matter if she was a "pretty good person", God doesnt grade on a curve. If she ever broke any of the 10 commandments (lied, stole, hated, lusted, didnt honor her parents) then she will be sentenced to Hell forever (as no unforgiven evil can EVER, EVER be present in God's kingdom).
ReplyDeleteSo the great Ruth has probably already plead innocent by claiming she was a great and powerful person on earth which means nothing to God - if she was not a believer, she is on her way to hell forever. Hell is not rehabilitation, its punitive, You dont get out. She had her chance to look to God's law book/codes (the Bible) but never did, she never read his rules, the ones she would be judged by after she died. She didnt believe in God. Now the greatest "woman judge" in history, full of pride and ego, has been rejected by God and is going to be cast into the lake of fire, where she will be kept with all the other criminals, nazis, murderers and "pretty good people" that rejected God's offer of salvation while they were alive. She can join Pilot, the Judge that sentenced Christ to death....how ironic, the Judge has been Judged....
When Joe Biden was asked who his list of possible appointees was he said “yes”, looked confused, and started walking out into the street before his handlers stopped him and got him back in the car.
ReplyDelete"Thou shalt not kill". That means don't kill the innocent. The Bible does prescribe capital punishment and death for certain crimes.
ReplyDeleteShe killed the innocent. She is in hell now. SHE FINALLY BELIEVES IN GOD AND JESUS NOW. BUT SO WHAT - SATAN HAS ALWAYS BELIEVED IN THEM!
She killed almost as many as Hitler! I partied hardy when I heard this baby murdered died! Abortion is murder of a future adult. Burn in hell murderer!
ReplyDeleteThe old bird isn’t even buried yet and peelousy and schiitless are stroking out over who gets to select her replacement. They’re kicking a dead woman out of their way in a hurry to stop the next scotus from happening. Abosolutely no respect for the poor lady. Sad.
ReplyDeleteAbout f--king time. Geezit she was way past her due date.
ReplyDelete^^^ It's not them, shithead, it's McConnell - he is pissing himself with glee at the idea of being able to put another weak-willed Conformative on the Court who will do the bidding of the Wealthy.
ReplyDeleteHe's so happy he doesn't even care how much damage he is doing to his own Party - the Trump/McConnell era will probably be cited by future historians as the final nail in the Republican Party's coffin!
2024 and all following Elections will be between the Democratic and American Socialist Parties.
.
Because certainly no Democrats do the bidding of the wealthy.
DeleteHow is fourth grade coming along?
11:01-11:41: Congratulations. You have just convinced me that the guy who talks about worshipping the rock in his back yard has the right idea. I feel very sorry for you. Your hate-filled life will end with the disappointment that you're, well... nowhere.
ReplyDelete12:23 - its ok to hate and despise evil acts. Its ok to love good acts. Never any laws against that in any civilization ever! Its accepted everywhere.
ReplyDeleteYou want to talk about hate? When God, who will ultimately be in charge of fate of billions of people, (including you) judges them on the great judgement day and starts casting them into hell - why don't you stand up and disagree with God's hatred? See what happens. Tell God that hating and punishing sin is wrong in "your book". The Bible has said for thousands of years that God's wrath (aka hatred) will be poured out upon the ungodly. And there is nothing you can do about it. God is in charge, whether you agree with him or not. You already have the DEATH SENTENCE from God. AKA "The wages of sin is death" and you will die someday! So your already sentences and awaiting your death!
Go fantasize about your cloud fairy somewhere else
ReplyDeleteGod doesn’t like you.
Delete@12:67, including the sin of Pride?
ReplyDeleteWhich leads to the admonition to "Judge not, lest ye be Judged"?
Try a bit of humility and begging forgiveness for your own grievous sins before looking outside yourself.
Cloud fairy? Who might I ask designed and made you? Do you really think your eyes, ears, brain and lungs just appeared out of a bunch of putrid mud and water? Why didnt a bunch of Rolex watches and F-16's just appear out the mud too - as they are less complex than the human body. They should have been here long before humans!
ReplyDeleteIt's called evolution, dumbass, and it is a widely accepted theory. Look it up.
ReplyDeleteI understand how facts and reasoning can be scary given the cloud fairy's wrath and all but give it a try.
Ginsburg looked like a scary little man in drag.
ReplyDelete12:57: And yet RBG will be remembered fondly for generations and your family will have nightmares trying to forget you. Weird.
ReplyDeleteShe will be remembered as what she was, a murdering ego-maniac. Somehow, she thought she owned the seat rather than seeing the big picture. A highly dysfunctional individual who thought she was above the Constitution.
DeleteIf evolution exists, why hasnt the "missing link" been found? How could DNA come from mud? Its the equivelent of a 1 billion page computer code with no errors, that replicates the human body. Came from mud? No way. You just dont want to admit there is a God cause you want to do your own thing
ReplyDeleteAnd yet the Constitution (and the Bible) says nothing about abortion, and RBG will be remembered fondly by millions for generations while you'll leave only memories of hatred and will be forgotten just as soon as you can be planted.
ReplyDeleteThe "Judge not lest you be judged" means dont accuse someone of the SAME THING thing you have done. I have never voted to allow the abortion of millions of kids. Ruth did. So I can judge her. And the bible does allow judgement and even execution after judgement, for certain crimes. Judging is allowed. Christ judged the strict, most religious, Jewish Pharisees - and told them they would be going to hell. So Christ judged and will judge again.
ReplyDeleteAs said by someone who worships his Johnson. Got news for you , fella, that will shrivel up and fall off.
ReplyDeleteRemembered fondly. Not likely. RBG thought RBG was God. Most people saw her for what she was, a Liberal who believed in nothing, beyond herself. Bye bye RBG, hope the fire treats you well.
ReplyDeleteI know people don't want to believe in God. Reminds me of the convicted criminal sentenced to the electric chair. When the Judge announced the death sentence in court, by electric chair, the criminal laughed! He said "thats ok, the electric chair don't exist"! "I don't have no proof the electric chair exists". They promptly took the criminal and fried him alive in the electric chair.
ReplyDeleteWhat you DON'T KNOW or BELIEVE IN can hurt you!
Well since its well documented that Christ raised people, many people from the dead. And then raised himself from the dead, and his followers didnt give up after the crucification because they saw him alive again - well that proves he was God. If he wasnt raised from the dead, his followers would have gone back to their day jobs and never mentioned Christ again...
ReplyDelete"RBG was confirmed in 42 days from the date of her nomination. Sandra Day O'Conner was confirmed in 33 days. John Paul Stevens was confirmed in 19. If Trump is smart..."
ReplyDeleteGreat post? Nope, almost entirely wrong.
You did happen to cherry pick 3 nominations that were approved unanimously making these the least contentious and fastest track possible. 98-0 type votes.
RBG replaced Byron White. White announced his retirement March 19th, 1993, effective at the end of the court's session in June. Clinton met with candidates for 3 months and nominated RBD on June 14th. She was confirmed Aug 3rd. That's 51 days from the nomination to confirmation and 138 days from the announced retirement that opened the seat. The full process took four and a half months. The Senate was operating on a full working schedule with no recess.
O'Connor was nominated on July 7th 1981 and confirmed unanimously September 21st. That's 11 weeks. 77 days from nomination to confirmation. Her predecessor announced he was retiring June 18th, adding an additional 3 weeks to the selection process, making it 3 months.
John Paul Stevens replaced William Douglas. Douglas had a stroke in 1974 and stayed on the court for nearly a year. He was finally convinced to submit his resignation November 12th. President Ford nominated Stevens a little over 2 weeks later, on 11/28/75 and it was confirmed 12/17. That is 19 days from nomination and 35 days from the opening of the seat that Ford was expecting because of incapacitation.
RBG's death was announced the evening of 9/18. Trump took 10 days to name his first pick and 12 days for his second. That puts this selection announcement at the end of the month or beginning of October. By the time the pick is announced, we will be about 30 days from the election. And don't forget the Senate is adjourning October 9th so members can go home to campaign. There is not enough time to get hearings, debate and vote before the election. Now "If Trump were smart" and could find a 98-0 candidate, maybe they could pull it off. More realistically, a lame duck session in late November / December would still be a fast track process, but possible from a calendar prospective.
All this shows is that you can't believe the made up facts from the MAGA people at TKC. The "if Trump is smart" was the first bad assumption that was a tell the facts would be bullshit. Newsflash, he's not smart. Again, if Trump is going to win, why even bother with a rush job? There is no need. Win reelection and then he has all the time in the world.
What Trump and McConnell are telling you all with the promises to fill this quickly, is they know they are going to lose the White House and the Senate. That's the real story here.
Damn, that was a real knowledge bomb. Knocked those fuckers out. Super awesome post. You are brilliant!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteWe see how this works.
Ginsberg and Hitler are arguing right now over which one killed the most babies - while they are roasting over an open fire! Both in hades. Both are guilty as murderers. Ginsberg and Judge Pontias Pilot both now realize that ignoring Christ has doomed them to hell forever. Judges sentenced to hell by God!
ReplyDelete
