Is bartending a real job? Maybe shoot a little higher and get a job as a secretary or something.

You need to have ambition to live in America. 27 years as a bar tender in a dive bar in a crappy part of town. At this age you would suspect she would be one of the owners or have her own bar. This isnt what our social safety net is for. Get some ambition and get a real job.

Bartending/serving is a great job. Lots of people make solid incomes in restaurant industry. Unfortunately many will not be able to find jobs as the # of restaurants/bar closings continue.

Serving a drug (booze) to unhappy people who get hooked on it is not good...

Go run for Congress, after all being a Bartender seems to meet the qualifications.
