Police say suspect shot at them, ran away in Lenexa neighborhood

LENEXA, Kan. - Police have closed off several residential streets along a significant road as they search for someone they say shot at them early this morning. The incident happened at in the 8900 block of Haskins Street. Police said they found a suspect standing outside of a stolen car at about 1:50 a.m.

The suspect is a Black male standing about 5-feet 10-inches tall with a stocky build and shoulder-length hair. He was last seen wearing black pants and a black sweatshirt.

What is very interesting is that channel 4 ran his description at 7 a.m. at 8 a.m. the same story was reported without the subjects description, black male medium build shoulder length dreadlocks dressed in black

Many are leaving Johnson County Kansas as well. This blue City Crime Is spreading. Miami County will see growth.

Section 8 should be out in the country surrounded by barbed wire and guards. It's ruined many once-decent areas of town. The crime rate is always higher in those areas. Crime maps prove it.
