Show-Me Guv Parson Promising Pardon For Missouri Gun Wave Couple

Call it checks & balances for our political discourse OR critics of the Guv might also claim political bias. Take a look:

Missouri Gov. Mike Parson says pardon likely if St. Louis couple charged

Democratic Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner is investigating Mark and Patricia McCloskey, both in their 60s, for an incident on June 28. Protesters who were marching to the nearby home of Mayor Lyda Krewson walked onto the private street where the McCloskeys live.

  1. Smart move by the Gov.

But why not just boot Gardner from office?

  2. People can still sue you in civil court for waving guns at them. You cant use guns to protect any property in missouri. Only your life. Those gun wavers broke several laws.

Keep a gun hidden, only draw if your going to shoot, always shoot to kill. Dont wave your metal around in the front yard!!!

  3. To be pardoned, you have to be guilty.

  4. This was going to happen from the get go. Charges against them would be a travesty. The Prosecutor needs to look at what's happening in Chicago. The Feds are hot on the Trail of the Governor, the Speaker of the State House. and it's becoming clear blood is in the water there and These jerks are in huge trouble. This could well happen to the Prosecutor. In fact, very likely. She better be spotless because when the Feds get after you....they get you. Ask Genl. Flynn.

  5. Brandishing a firearm at someone many feet away from you, that has no gun, and actually leaving your safety of your home gp out to do it is not really legal. If there was a small child in the group it could be a even more serious offense. Some of those people are just trespassing. Some may have thought the gates were open and so they were not trespassing. Anyway you cant shoot a trespasser in Missouri or Kansas. Thats only in movies

David Jungerman, a Kansas City business owner shot a burglar at night, in own his business, didnt even kill the guy, just an on purpose leg shot - he was sued and lost millions of dollars, his business and home. It was a civil suit. (David was so mad he shot the attorney dead). David didnt understand you cant use deadly force to protect property in Missouri. Case precedence is set.

  6. You can’t explain or reason with Trumpers. They cry law and order until it’s a white couple pointing guns at blacks. FOH

  7. "You cant use guns to protect any property in missouri. Only your life."

Complete and utter ignorance. Read Missouri's revised statutes referencing the Castle Doctrine. Deadly force may be employed to protect one's life AND property in which one resides or currently occupies, with no duty to retreat.

The couple were morons, and a little reading-up on their background indicates they are also assholes, but they didn't break the law by brandishing firearms in protection of their life and/or property.

  8. That lady looks like a fat slob. Holding the pistol like its a watering can or a fishing rod? The hubby can do better in my opinion and should dump her for a pretty younger woman. Why live in a beautiful house with a slob? He can get a hot girl if he wants. Thats my opinion.

  9. 1:49 This is what leftists do as they can never win an argument based upon merits. They start insulting the people they have disagreements with. If this 60+ year old lady is a little fat or is not made up to look nice while relaxing at home has no bearing on ANYTHING AT ALL. And to think that the reward for a lifetime of loyalty should be getting kicked to the curb for a younger woman? Have you no morals at all? That is not how a good man treats people. Your opinion is stupid and immoral.

  10. There’s a reason you never Trumpers are called dimwits, it’s truly amazing you people have survived this long with the brain damage inflicted upon you by the despicable dimwits. It’s disgusting and embarrassing really.

  11. That is one fat ugly couple. And look at that cow waving the pistol around...at one point in the video is pointing right at the back of her tubby husbands head. LOL!

  12. At the end of the day, personal property has to be protected. If the police cant be there you have one last point of defense. How do these folks know if these rioters and looters were not going to take their home and kill them?

  13. Kim Gardner is a prostitute for George Soros and the other globalists funding the totalitarian and anti American way of life world wide. These people were within their rights. Kim Gardner needs to be a victim of her own policies and hopefully she will be. Funny how she is a white hating racist but she works for and is paid by the biggest racist in the world George Soros.

  14. ^^^ that’s why they’re called despicable dimwits so....

  15. Oh look, the snotty millennial shits have learned a new word!

Guess everyone they don't like will now be labeled a dimwit instead of a boomer now...

  16. I expect that Gardner will just wait it out and hope that Galloway wins in November. She is a typical Soros shill. The homeowners who displayed weapons are charged but the rioters who displayed weapons, threatened the homeowners and trespassed on private property are not. It is a complete politicization of laws, like happens in all communist countries.

  17. Yes @6:41, she is old and should be dumped!
Just like your Lord and Master has done!
TWICE SO FAR, number three coming up!

    ReplyDelete
  18. @7:26, maybe because they had been allowed to walk down the street by the Homeowner's Association, there was no riot, just a march, and nobody EVER set foot on their property?

Just as was the situation for every other one of the property owners living on that street that DIDN'T brandish firearms at people peacefully walking by!

You know, the ones seen in all the News Videos standing on their porches waving to the demonstrators?

    ReplyDelete
  19. ^ Keep up the lies.

The protesters were threatening the homeowners lives.

You can tell the homeowners were unexpectedly reacting to the angry mob of a hundred protestors as the couple are barefoot; relaxing in their home until their property was invaded.

If you don't own property; you cannot appreciate the years of sweat equity and hard work that goes into buying a home and as a result homeowners are going to protect their homes and family no matter what.

  20. The St Louis couple obviously did the right thing as their home and neighborhood were not vandalized and destroyed.

I bet they received a lot of thank you's from their appreciative neighbors.

    ReplyDelete
  21. The "David Jungerman" is set in stone court case law, it sets all precident in Missouri. Had the couple shot a protester, that verdict case law against Jungerman would have been applied to them. A protester loses a leg due to a bullet they shot - the couple will pay millions in damages as Jungerman did. I dont like it, but you need to be aware of that. Juries HATE shootings that only protect property, especially if that property (house) is already covered by insurance). Thats what insurance is for. Now if the protesters were armed and attacking, its a different story. Missouri law always leans toward protecting the criminal. Thats why I carry an expensive firearm insurance policy for CCW holders. It would pay my bail, $500,000 in attorney fees, and other costs if I was charged during a lawful shooting. Right is considered wrong in the courts. You need to be aware of that. Its easier for a criminal to get off charges, than an innocent person. Jurys like to send messages by handing down sentences to seemingly innocent people. Read the Jungerman case.

  22. Yes, @11:29, the "Appreciative neighbors" who unanimously voted to kick the woman off the HOA Board because she kept disrupting meetings and the ones who have been frivolous sued and had false injunctions filed against them by this constantly litigious and troublesome couple.

Sure they said "thank you" for besmirching their otherwise respectable neighborhood in front of the entire Nation!

  23. That couple has many lawsuits. He sued his siblings, his Dad's caretaker and Dad. He sued to get ownership of their mansion from the Busch beer family. READ ABOUT THAT! He is suing his HOA and neighbors to get a very small piece of adjoining land under his ownership. She is a fat cow. She looks like she is doing the pose for " I am a little teapot short and stout". He looks like he put on his pink shirt to impress the protesters. Had they fired into a crowd it would have been a bloodbath and then all of the city would have been burned the next night by protesters. Dude divorce the fat sow. Her poise is that of a cow, find a cute gal from Thailand and marry her. Out with the old, into the new! (all this above is my opinion).

  24. At the end of the day personal property does need to be protected. Thats why I have insurance on everything I own!

This is not the wagon train days of 1830, when you circle the wagons and ask the women to hand you ammo during a fire fight! I did love Wagon Train TV show with Doug McClure and maybe Clint Eastwood. But this guy has watched the re-runs of that too often. Stoney Burke was fun. But this couple is da Twilight Zone!

  25. Its too bad the news doesnt show the entire picture of their house. Its huge, like the house at 55th and Ward Parkway. Yes, the house here that looks like a giant library. Their house is that large. You would need a ring of at least 24 security guards (6 on each side) to guard a property that large. Google a pic of their house. Its massive. Who was guarding the back?

    ReplyDelete
  26. I googled their home picture, It honestly looks like something Bill Gates would own. The press cut that picture down. They show show the entire estate. All I can say is WOW! 300 year old windows and railings imported from a palace in europe!

  27. Governor Mike Parson and the Republican Party, standing up for rich, white, very entitled people since...

    forever.

    Thanks, Republicans!

  28. In answer to anon 11:05---

Because Gardner was elected to office?

    By we, the people?

    Because it's against the law?

    That good enough for you?

    ReplyDelete
  29. Sweat and hard work to earn their mansion. They sued and won it ! It used to belong to the Busch beer family. They won it! Is a lawsuit work, sweat, hard work? No its a simple judge's decision made in a room.

That mansion is worth probably 10 million. Since when do you support the rich attorneys (they are both attorneys who sue people for making mistakes).

The rich get richer. Let us eat cake! Oh by the way, your stimulas check is ending soon.

  30. Here is a simple fix. Don't bring charges until after the November election when Biden wins. The statute of limitations gives you a few years for Parson and Barr to be gone.
