“This is a long term commitment until 2022" Lewis said. "I am just looking forward to just getting to the work of putting systems in place, dismantling systemic racism."

It’s a long term commit until the next election. I am looking forward to someone providing g an example of systemic racism.

It continues to amaze how clueless, empty-headed, and hypocritical these elected "officials" continue to be.
Calling them sheep that are easily stampeded would be kind.
There are no possible "mandates" at any level of government that will change people's beliefs, attitudes, upbringing, views, opinions, or life experiences.
And those are what make up a person's view of the world.
Statutes and laws can try to change behavior and assess penalties, but beliefs are much more ingrained.
All of this empty trendy talk about "systemic racism" will end in nothing more than more giveaways, consulting contracts, and bending over backwards to excuse anti-social behavior.
She needs to address Kansas' dire financial situation and leave parenting to adults.

I bet there is a "diversity" consultant making $ millions helping Governor Grannys racism investigation.

Use common sense. Treat everyone equal and reward the best performers. End of story.

Taxpayers: The Unemployment System is broken !

Governor Granny: Oh look children, there is racism over there behind the tree!

Governor Granny is trying to divert attention from her blunders as Governor.

"Conversation on race" always means we talk and you listen and agree.

^^A lot of misogyny in this thread.

But, that's a different conversation, isn't it?

Or is it, white boy?

^^^So now we can't criticize women in politics, Euro-boy? Do you observe that rule when the woman in question is a Republican?

Byron, you need to worry about discrimination against retards and welfare frauds. You don’t live in Kansas anyway, retard.

If Granny believes in "systemic racism," won't she resign so a Black Republican could take over as Governor?
