KANSAS CITY WEEKLY POWER RANKINGS AFTER #BLACKLIVES MATTER PROTEST AND RAMPANT PLAZA VIOLENCE!!!

Hottie Lucy and her iconic fashionista juxtaposition of militaristic gear vs. dangerous curves inspires us to think about the tense relationship betwixt Prez Trump and U.S. generals both current and former. Closer to home, we also take a moment to review local power players and their contribution to the discourse this week . . .

Accordingly, here's a definitive ranking of the strongest in Kansas City week . . .

Kansas City BLM Student Leader Justice Stays Winning This Week

In a recent op/ed Justice Horn was touted as a community leader, public speaker, and social justice activist. He was also the NCAA's first openly gay college wrestler of color and a rising star among the local political scene. Today, Mr. Horn held up BLM demands signed by Mayor Quinton Lucas to a cheering crowd of more than 1,000 and strengthened his standing in among the local political set.

The longstanding issue of police accountability will soon go to the ballot box in a quick decision that will change the course of modern Kansas City history. Ms. Grant has advocated this stance for quite some time and now her words have finally garnered an upcoming policy change.

Mr. Maddox Earns Nationwide Coverage & Accolades For Conflict With Police

A social media video featuring this KCK political leader earned acclaim from across the nation and righteous indignation from celebrities. Mr. Maddox is no stranger to the local political scene but his ire has never been so widely endorsed.

    1. Meanwhile, KC moves closer to bankruptcy.

  2. Gwen Grant is simply carrying water for the city council. The KCPD pension fund is the only one in town they don't control, and the only one that isn't perpetually underfunded. The council needs another pot of money to keep the house of cards standing for a little while longer, and the protesters are playing the perfect patsy to make it happen.

America, we do have a problem.

  4. We will never forget!!!!!!!! That guy wearing a hope mask needs just that hope! Watching black people pull this crap again is sickening and they have hurt thousands of innocent people. I can't even look at a black person anymore. You people have shown what you really are!

BLM was started by two women who were inspired by Assata Shakur a cop killer and black panther!

  6. The City Government of Kansas City Missouri has just surrendered all control of the City to 27% of its population, leaving the other 73% powerless and without any representation in their own governance.

Think of that, 3out of every four people in this City do not matter to the Mayor or any member of the Council. 3 out of 4!

  7. Black lives do not matter to blacks. Blacks are killing each other in record numbers in KCMO. They are even shooting into houses at night to kill people sleeping in their beds. But Blacks expect other races to respect their lives? When they dont respect themselves? And the women have 2, 3, 4, 5 kids with different men that they do not marry? Gross fornication. Kids have no hope.

^^^^ most of these comments are STUPID.

They don't represent Kansas City at all. Real people who live here are in support of the protesters. We know they are doing the right thing. We stand with them against oppression.

  10. Local control of KCPD isn’t going to happen. And that ought to make Kansas Citians (real ones, not these bused-in rioters) feel good. Because local control by the City Clowncil would be the worst thing for this city. Just see how well it’s worked for Saint Louis.

  11. Just when you think that a list of "power players" couldn't possible get any more ridiculous, this one is posted.
The barrel must be quite a bit bigger than anyone thought.
But surely THIS is the bottom!

  12. Justice Horn transferred to UMKC maybe 1 or 2 years ago from a school in North Dakota. Everybody knows that UMKC and North Dakota are college wrestling powerhouses, ha! Because it takes so little to be a leader in the KC black community, Horn has successfully horned his way into local activism by proclaiming he's a Black homosexual male with a long history of KC racism and police brutality.

Gwen Grant is the self-appointed "President & CEO" of the KC chapter of the Urban League, a small private boutique outfit that is racist, taxpayer dependent, and practices corporate extortion. Here's a summary of every KC Urban League annual report: "Black people remain victims. We didn't accomplish much of anything this year. Local corporations should make their donations now unless you want me to stir up trouble for you."

Terrence Maddox is a clown. This is the type of dysfunctional disaster that typically emerges when Blacks govern a city, county, board, or other public entity.
