KANSAS CITY, Mo. - A possible COVID-19 exposure closed the kitchen at the Jackson County Detention Center and landed several staff members and inmates in quarantine. A statement from the Jackson County Sheriff's Office does not give the date of the possible exposure or how long the kitchen was closed.
