I Gave Up Sugar For An Entire Year-And Here's What Happened - In Kansas City

If you must know, I ate 23 frosted sugar cookies on New Year's Eve 2018. I probably would have eaten more, but I only ordered two dozen of 'em. Imagine how pissed I was when I realized the bakery shorted me a cookie. Bastards. Why would anyone willingly inhale that many cookies?

  1. Gave up sugar too, got the same results. The stuff has even been linked to the increase in cancers.

  4. Unfortunately, truly avoiding sugar is virtually impossible. Everything processed, aka food items I can afford, all have that garbage. I do my darndest to get natural sugars where I can, but mainly trying to keep it in moderation. Then again, I'm fat because of beer. I try to not make fun of the fatties and their morbidly obese kids sucking down 64oz cokes at the convenience store when I'm grabbing my weekly 12pack.
