Cringey Kansas City Chiefs Super Bowl Parade Speeches Disappoint History

The reality is that nobody said much of anything worth remembering at this so-called "historic" event . . . To be fair, it was nice that Travis Kelce took a bit of time to shake hands with the military before his tirade that was slightly less eloquent than drunk talk heard at every sports bar in the nation on Sunday.

Here's a more upbeat recap that confirms our thesis:

Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce honor Andy Reid with emphatic speeches at Super Bowl parade

The Kansas City Chiefs' first Super Bowl championship parade in 50 seasons concluded at Union Station with several speeches to a crowd that was estimated to have nearly 1 million people in attendance. After talks from Missouri governor Mike Parsons, mayor Quinton Lucas, team owner Clark Hunt and president Mark Donovan, general manager Brett Veach was kind enough to say what we all were thinking.
