Kansas City Congressional Candidate Offers Latest Apology After Tweet Storm Of Hate

This story started on TKC last week and then it got REALLY NASTY on Twitter.

Upstart Democratic activists armed by funders made a righteous call out backed up by good info but then got carried away. Last time I checked a youngster Democratic activist was posting scantily clad pix of the Latinx candidate, basically doxing the opponent and and taking this episode far too personally. Thing of it is, the opposition was never really a viable contender and the social media outrage mostly served to satisfy the ego of "twits" clamoring for likes & shares in the absence of any real accomplishment -- That's not a slam, for a lucky few social media influence is a viable goal that holds a lucrative future. For most it's a waste of time.

Still, this report offers worthwhile followup and perspective on the issue that should now be settled. Checkit:

Rep. Cleaver's opponent apologizes for Cosby-related tweet

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - A Democrat challenging U.S. Rep. Emanuel Cleaver, of Missouri, in this year's primary has apologized for incorrectly accusing the incumbent of having a picture of disgraced comedian Bill Cosby under his desk.
