Farewell To KCPD Mounted Patrol

MUST READ COMMUNITY NEWS postscript on the end of an era and a local law enforcement tradition that has been concluded given shrinking budgets and rising violent crime. EXCELLENT writing from the publisher at Northeast News:

Dismount

And just like that, thirteen years of community policing goes out the window. Doesn't matter if you have mounted police, police on bikes, or police in cars, the crime rate is going to go sky high this year it's already started. You know you can't punish a black person or an illegal because that's discrimination. So everyone goes free and crime goes up. Deal with it KC

What about Scooters? Can't we put officers on scooters?

Segway! Put the police on Segways so we can look vibrant, robust, and techy!

Don't worry. They'll Be Back.

^^^ They will be needed in November to help control the socialist protesting snowflakes when Trump wins by a landslide. They will be filling up their Subaru with sub $2 gasoline.

In an era of politically-mandated diversity, the all-White Mounted Patrol Unit was reined in and sent packing to the glue factory!!!
