Farewell To KCPD Mounted Patrol

MUST READ COMMUNITY NEWS postscript on the end of an era and a local law enforcement tradition that has been concluded given shrinking budgets and rising violent crime. EXCELLENT writing from the publisher at Northeast News:

  1. Doesn't matter if you have mounted police, police on bikes, or police in cars, the crime rate is going to go sky high this year it's already started. You know you can't punish a black person or an illegal because that's discrimination. So everyone goes free and crime goes up. Deal with it KC
