TKC MUST SEE!!! KANSAS CITY PET PROJECT MOVE IN MOVIE DEBUT!!!

We finish Sunday night with a big budget blockbuster that was funded by way of broken GO Bond promises at the cost of many KCMO Animal Control jobs.

These mostly middle-class white ladies transformed animal care in Kansas City at it only cost this town about 25-MILLION BUCKS but sadly doesn't seem to be able to live up to promises of better care and fewer strays on local streets.

Posted in fairness given criticism earlier in the day:

"It was a historic day in Kansas City as the pets of KC Pet Project moved in to their new home, the Kansas City Campus for Animal Care. This campus is made possible due to the public's support who voted in favor to build the new shelter thanks to GO Bonds as well as the private sector who generously gave their support to build our game-changing facility. Our new city animal shelter will open its doors for all public services on January 1, 2020. #raisethewoofkc"

  2. What’s more important is kc shoved this new $25,000,000 dog pound up the ass’s of all those whiny ass low rent section eight losers, kc just showed them that they will spend whatever it takes on animals and not on humans that need the help. OUCH!

  3. Overall Kansas City is better off with this shelter than without it. The old facility was dilapidated and dangerous. But I'm not sure about the "no kill" philosophy. Animals MUST be dealt with humanely but at some point we need to think about the limited supply of amiable homes for their placement. KC is a very kind city and the KC Pet Project proves it. Good for them.

  4. Where is the private money KC Pet Project?

  5. ^^^ I’m guessing that money was re-distributed into certain peoples pockets, that’s how politicians and their family and friends get rich

on them. Why, I'm rich from KC PET PROJECT MONEY!!! My pockets are so lined with KC PET PROJECT MONEY I can barely walk! One wall of my house is piled high with KC PET PROJECT MONEY!!! My politician friends and family make sure I get my fair share of KC PET PROJECT MONEY every week!!! It's great!!!

    What's the matter...

  7. Or to put it another way if you think the money was "redistributed" to politicians, friends and family, you need to up your fucking meds or something, you loon.

  8. As an animal lover, I’m very happy for KC to have this world-class facility. And it will certainly do more good and have more impact than the millions that have been poured into 18th and Vine or Sly’s big art fair fiasco.

  10. I've gladly donated to KC Pet Project, and commend them on doing a great job for good cause. Kansas City should be proud.

  11. Happy White people overly enthusiastic about taking much needed money from people to fund animals - and yes, animals are important and we generally care about their well being, but humans are important and the City’s people, those actually from here, are suffering and have been since at least 2011 when Slick James was Mayor. This kind of things only make situations worse. Gotta love Kansas City priorities. There’s no end in sight to this kind of pork spending.

  12. I love how their statement to the public mentions private donations. They haven't raised the $10 million they were responsible for. Guess who gets to make up the difference? Taxpayers once again. Enough with the "no-kill" policy, especially for all the fucking pit bulls. Not all of them are worthy of being adopted by unsuspecting do-gooder white families. Tori and her band of followers sure got over on us this time.

  14. Funny how people like 9:56 can worry so much about an animal but doesn't care about a human baby being ripped apart and thrown into a drum with hundreds of other murdered babies! Reprobate mind????? YES

  15. I’m glad the dogs and cats are getting taken care of, to hell with the poor, you give them money to take care of themselves and all they do is whine about it. Don’t forget them gold teefus and Mercedes Benz!

  16. A "no-kill" municipal animal shelter is a farce by definition. In the best of situations the animals are sent to other shelter to be killed; in the worst of situations the animals are sent to individuals without the resources to care for the pets. Removing animals from one individuals without sufficient resources only to place the animals with another individual without sufficient resources isn't effective or efficient. The role of the municipal animal shelter isn't "no-kill" by definition. Admirable goals solve little in the real world.

  17. Should rename it the Abandoned Inner City Pit Bull House.

  19. 7:31: And yet your concerns seem to be limited to forcing women to become incubators for babies you yourself would be unwilling to support. Weird.
