The area is still better known for gunfire and murder than new opportunity but this garbage content behind the paywall offers a hopeful hot take without many tough questions for the beneficiaries of taxpayer welfare . . . Meanwhile, there's not many behind the scenes deets about so much infighting related to conflicts and politics . . .
