TKC MUST SEE!!! VIEW FROM KANSAS CITY: UMKC PROF BILL BLACK EXAMINES PREZ TRUMP IMPEACHMENT CRISIS!!!

UMKC Prof Bill Black has been a longtime fave of our blog community for his expertise and scholarship in taking apart the rigged financial system.

In this recent clip, the academic's comments really shine when he takes apart the hypocritical nepotism claims from both left and right . . .

Better still, he debunks and corrects legal arguments from both left and right about this debate . . . However, to be fair our Conservative pals won't like his conclusion and position that yes, the Prez is vulnerable to an impeachment argument.

This interview is a rare EXPERT analysis from a knowledgeable source, renowned expert and a person respected throughout KC and the entire nation for well-documented research.

In short, this op/ed conversation matters more than trolling, tweeting and the same old cable TV news talking points from partisan hacks.

Checkit:

"White collar criminologist Bill Black outlines why the case against Trump was strong even without a quid pro quo with Ukraine, and that his defense strategy now gives reason for obstruction of justice charges."

  1. He knows his stuff, sure but in the end it all comes down to votes and the Democrats don't have them in the Senate just yet.

  2. That idiot is voicing his matter of opinion. Trump had every right to have Joe Biden investigated and having a smear made up by Trump???? Well of course that's what the democrats are going to use. The proof is there that Biden was money laundering same as his son. Impeachment started before Trump even took office, that says a lot about this BS. and about how scared the democrats are. So lets just see how this corruption plays out.

^^^ I think that's the point of the post. The guy is a professor at a college, he has written books and scholarly articles on the subject and he is not in agreement with either side.

Where are your credentials and expertise?

Feel free to show them if you want to persuade people. In the meantime the words of Dr. Black are far more relevant.

    2. My credentials are that I have never set foot on the fake school campus of UMKC.

  4. Always respect Bill Black's opinion.

I would simply ask that responsible parties clean out the corruption on both sides of the political aisle.

If President Obama violated the law, hold him accountable.
If then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton violated the law, hold her accountable.
If President Trump has violated the law, hold him accountable.
If Attorney General Barr has violated the law, hold him accountable.

The problem is that NO ONE ever seems to be held accountable for violating the law. If faith in the system is to be restored, you hold everyone to the same standard.

  5. The Trumps have been in Real Estate forever.

Biden's kid rode on a train and took in millions from them, plus China and Burmisa for one thing and one thing only, ACCESS.

    It's not illegal.

Nancy Pelosi has been in public life for 40 years and is worth 90 Million. Even "60 Minutes" came after her for her wealth, which, she obtained by way of knowing what legislation was going to pass and buying and selling stock in the right companies.

Mitch McConnell did the same thing.

Politicians, with few exceptions are crooked as hell.

Again, Trump, Perot and a few others, had money before they were politicians and ran actual for profit companies. Sanders, Obama and most politicians know fuckin NOTHING about actually working in the private sector.

The Administrative/Deep State, supported by Professors in Academe and the Democrat/Fascist Party, are a cancer, an parasitic organism that lives off of the life's blood of the middle class.

  10. Barr just ordered Maria Butina released from jail and is allowing her to leave for Russia today.

Remember that, in addition to being an unregistered Russian Agent, she pleaded guilty to funneling over a hundred million dollars from Russia into the Trump campaign, using the NRA and Wayne LaPierre as the conduit! Yet another attempt to conceal evidence from the Impeachment Investigation, apparently.

Remember that, of the 22 indictments that resulted from the Mueller Investigation, 14 related to Russian interference in the 2016 Election, and the Report, which Trump et. al. claim shows "no collusion" actually says that there was not sufficient evidence found for the Mueller Team to issue an Indictment against Trump,
only because there were questions as to whether a Special Commission could Constitutionally Indict a sitting President.

Mueller left that decision to the Department Of Justice, an to the Attorney General. After the maelstrom of firings, resignations and general turmoil that resulted in the destruction of the AG's Office and the DOJ, no decision on whether or not Trump should be indicted has been made as yet.

Just another example of the damage to America resulting from the 2016 Fraud.

  11. Chuck makes great points again as always. The Professor makes some as well. In the end the Democrats are pointing fingers at Trump when the goings on taking place on their side of the fence is by far worse than Trumps will ever be. Any President can be called out for impeachment it's rather it will stick and be approved by the Senate that matters. Rather sad when the so called elected leaders are wasting time trying to remove an opponent instead of doing what they were voted into to do in the first place. Too many hours have been wasted on this witch hunt that would have been best spent on dealing with the real issues of this country.
If the house (Democrates) think they have the right to investigate the President, then the President has the right to investigate them.

  12. The dummocrooks are 0-5 so far with with number 6 going down in flames. What am I talking about you ask? They have had 6 resolutions for impeachment, they’ve voted on three and lost with 90 votes or less every time and that’s not even 25% of the votes they need to impeach. Peelousy will not take a vote on the current one because she knows it will lose too. How much more time will this Group of desperate losers waste? They have a job to do and haven’t done shit for the taxpayers.

Billy black from umkc, wow, me and President Trump are shaking in our boots! Hahahahaha!

  13. Demoncrats are just a bunch of pinko butt hurt babies. Do what you were elected to do not cause chaos ti cover the fact you are doing nothing. The only one trying to improve the economy is Trump. All most single handedly he has turn our fortunes around. Fight to turn back 50 years of Chinese ass kissing isn't easy. Is that what Demoncrats are trying to stop ? Did Odummy and the Clintoons make some side money off the Chinese ? The Demoncrats are only out for themselves.

  20. Chuck, don't you think it'd be a little different if Trump's kids, say, stuck to real estate? Why is Ivanka in government, Jared? They have absolutely no clue what they're doing and there are all kinds of obvious conflicts of interest. Especially with Kushner.

And can we just stop with glorifying Trump's past business acumen. It's fucking awful. Had he been someone who didn't come from money, he'd be dead in the water. I'd love to have that family money bail out option.
