Actually, the mayor set the tone for this with his bold pronouncements about legalizing it locally. He is just getting back what he put out there.

^^^ Wrong.

Just seems like the people want to be heard. That's not too much to ask.

“They just want to be heard”?

You know, you can request to address the council. They have public comments periods at meetings.
Do these people not know that?

You're wrong. They were supposed to have public comments in this meeting but Shields denied the public a right to comment. That was what set them off.

When your ideas, requests, suggestions, and recommendations are not FULLY agreed to, just resort to intimidation, bullying, and threats.
Then wonder why violence is such an acceptable way to address problems and disagreements in your community.
The Lucas administration has already become the "ready, fire, aim" gang.
It's going to be a very long four years.

It is a waste of time. When you're high you're not thinking clearly.

Ah, Kathryn Shields, the largest hog at the trough.
Who wants to listen to the inconvenient public when there's all this good slop to be sucked up?

Q is already shirking his duties, if he can’t handle simple questions about pot then how is he gonna handle the hard questions? Apparently it wasn’t a good hair day for selfies! Hahahahaha!

Early this month, City Hall sent out a short questionnaire about "What Department Would You Audit"? ...people say "Audit it all"!

Quinton’s door was locked because he was on his way to Lawrence to get drunk at a gay bar.
