  1. Tony summed it up. Only those in the area will go. Too easy to stay in the burbs and park and not worry.

  4. Literally, what is Ethiopian fine cuisine? It's native populace can't even make a wheel. They live in one of the sparsest environs on Earth with almost no variety in raw foodstuffs. Is it the equivalent of Ethiopian street meat that they pass off to hipsters as fine dining?

  6. ^^Not true.
Ethiopian cuisine is excellent. Visit "Blue Nile" in the River Market or "Elsa's" in Overland Park.
The food is not strange. It is prepared with a variety of spices from Ethiopia. They use beef, lamb, chicken, all of the vegetables that are used in American dishes.
You will leave the table full and satisfied.

  7. How about a good old Kansas City fried Taco, MANNEY'S. TO MAKE IT in the restaurant business you will need great food, And food people will want to return for. And you will have to be busy from open to close. And in the winter months there, will be less traffic Because of the weather Or consumers credit card is Taped out There is not that type of demand for that Type of Cuisine. When the Good Old boys come to Kansas City,For a concert or Basketball where do they go I SEE them in Stake Houses Barbecue Restaurants Southwest Resturents Burger Places .Its a Risk.
