  9. I worked in the 16th Circuit for 5 years but left a year ago. Elevators not working were a problem back then and it's only gotten worse. I know Judge Burn and he will hold an old second baseman's feet to the fire until something is done.

  11. City manager is a slob who implemented an east side agenda that wasted $10's of millions of dollars. At the same time police was underfunded. Why? Because Sly did not like police. Streets were ignored. Why? Because we had a 3rd District Councilman who claimed he had an MBA who let the charge for 18th and Vine investment.
    The City Manager should be replaced out of principal.
