Street crime down this summer in entertainment districts, KCPD says
As the temperatures rise, crime seems to do the same, but this summer seems to be better than the past few years. Entertainment centers like Westport, the Power and Light District, and the Country Club Plaza are hot spots for complaints that involve loitering and property damage.
