As the temperatures rise, crime seems to do the same, but this summer seems to be better than the past few years. Entertainment centers like Westport, the Power and Light District, and the Country Club Plaza are hot spots for complaints that involve loitering and property damage.

What happened to all to motorcycle coppers? Not long ago these guys where everywhere! Must be a funding issue or more than likey a KCPD dont give a fuck about KCMO public saftey issue.
