I grew up in Parsons and eventually worked as a correctional officer at Trousdale Turner Correctional Center, a CoreCivic facility in rural Tennessee. CoreCivic often builds their facilities in rural areas where they are out of sight, out of mind and where locals hope their presence will boost the local economy and provide jobs.

Kelly is an idiot. Fact, it isn't cheaper to farm your inmates out. She is going to be one term and done.

Prisons are a lucrative business - most humans who dont commit crimes do not know this! Same scam as the KCFD.
